The role requires a detailed understanding of relevant legal frameworks and processes, including the Mental Health Act (1983), safeguarding, and risk management, as well as the willingness and ability to work in physically and emotionally demanding situations. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team while also leading and positively influencing others, supported by excellent record-keeping, report-writing, and written communication skills. Experience in delivering PBS training and a demonstrated history of reducing the use of restrictive practices are essential. Falkland House is part of Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding which provides supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. Set in a semi-rural location in Hook, Hampshire, Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks supports the NHS by providing low secure services and level 2 rehabilitation services for both male and female patients.
