Nursery Practitioner
£27,000–£28,700 per year | Level 2 or Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a Good Ofsted-rated nursery that provides exceptional early years education in a beautifully converted house. What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued.
- Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through play.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the nursery's high standards at all times.
