Up to £29,900 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team within a setting that has been thoughtfully designed to inspire children to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences.
The nursery's light-filled, open-plan rooms create calm and engaging learning environments, while free-flow access between the indoor and outdoor spaces encourages children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Every area has been carefully designed to support children's development, allowing practitioners to deliver exciting activities both inside and outdoors throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging learning experiences that support children's development
- Encourage children's independence through the nursery's free-flow learning environment
- Make full use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces to create exciting, play-based learning opportunities
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
