Early Years Practitioner wanted

Micklefield, High Wycombe.

Salary from £25,396.80 (qualification and exp depending)

Starting bonus £2500 (payable after probation)


Level 3 apprenticeship available.

Required Qualifications: Minimum NNEB, NVQ 3 or equivalent.


Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safety and well being of all children in your care resulting in the total avoidance of preventable accidents and promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction amongst all parents.

2. Caring for the all-round daily needs of the children to enhance their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.

3. Contribute effectively to the team maintaining a high level of communication throughout the whole nursery.


Main Tasks

Team Contribution

Working as a key worker for a group of children

Taking part in staff meetings

CPD


This is a full time Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse role, working 40 hours per week.
