About Our Clients

Part of a lovely small group of Nurseries, our clients are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join the team. A lovely busy countryside setting in south Reading with parking and good transport links. Full-time 32 to 42.5 hours per week over 3 to 5 days, open from 7.30 am - 6.00 pm with salary up to £32,310 depending on experience and pro rated for shorter hours.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate
Passionate about early years and childrenâs development
