Nursery Practitioner
£30,700 per year | Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This service is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly, experienced team. Rated Good by Ofsted, the nursery has built an excellent reputation for providing high-quality childcare and early years education in a spacious, modern environment.
Led by a long-standing Nursery Manager, this busy and well-established nursery offers a supportive workplace where teamwork, professional development, and creating exceptional experiences for children are at the heart of everything they do.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop, and succeed.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that support every stage of children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy and confident.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the nursery's high standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive nursery team.
