What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating engaging learning experiences and supporting children's development

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and supporting engaging activities that encourage exploration and discovery
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental progress
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing and tracking children's development and achievements
- Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
