Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. As a smaller setting, the nursery offers a friendly environment where practitioners can build strong relationships with children and families while supporting each child's individual learning journey.
The nursery is committed to making learning fun, engaging, and confidence-building, helping children develop essential skills through exciting, play-based experiences. Outdoor learning is a key part of everyday life, with a large, well-resourced garden featuring a wide variety of equipment that encourages exploration, creativity, and imaginative play.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through everyday activities
- Make full use of the nursery's extensive outdoor learning environment to support physical development and exploration
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
