Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £29,900 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery. The nursery's light-filled, open-plan rooms create calm and engaging learning environments, while free-flow access between the indoor and outdoor spaces encourages children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Every area has been carefully designed to support children's development, allowing practitioners to deliver exciting activities both inside and outdoors throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and participate in engaging learning experiences that support children's development
• Encourage children's independence through the nursery's free-flow learning environment
• Make full use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces to create exciting, play-based learning opportunities
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
