Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional looking for your next rewarding role? We are currently representing a wonderful nursery in SE22, a highly regarded and vibrant early years setting based in Dulwich, who are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, develop, and thrive. If you are an enthusiastic educator who loves bringing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to life, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and early years education, ensuring the individual needs of every child are met.

  • Plan, observe, and implement engaging play-based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

  • Act as a key person to a designated group of children, monitoring their progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.

  • Build and maintain strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s day and developmental milestones.

  • Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are strictly adhered to at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to maintain a positive and inclusive room environment.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

  • A strong, working knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively.

  • Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.

  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety procedures.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • A warm, proactive, and reliable personality with a genuine passion for early childhood development.

Benefits

What’s on Offer:

  • A competitive, full-time salary tailored to your experience and qualifications.

  • A full-time, permanent position within a well-resourced and highly respected South London nursery.

  • A supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.

  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on the early education and wellbeing of children in the local community.
