Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
£28,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | 4 or 5 Days Per Week
We’re on the lookout for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s friendly and supportive team. Caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years, the nursery has created a genuine home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to develop at their own pace.
With a strong focus on nurturing relationships, learning through play, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to giving every child the very best start in life.
Offering a choice of working 40 hours across 4 or 5 days, the role also provides flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, nurturing, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where children can thrive
- Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning journeys
- Promote children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to maintain high standards of care
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
