Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to £29,900 per annum | 40 hours per week
Every room within the nursery has been thoughtfully designed to support children through each stage of their early years journey, creating engaging environments where they can learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Through a combination of play-based learning and carefully tailored activities, children are encouraged to develop key skills while having fun and following their individual interests.
The nursery also boasts a large outdoor space complete with dedicated learning areas, climbing frames, and a mud kitchen, providing endless opportunities for adventure, discovery, and hands-on learning.
We're looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is warm, energetic, and passionate about early years education. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy getting involved in creative activities, and be committed to giving every child the best possible start in life.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A nurturing, child-centred approach to childcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality care and education

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and supporting engaging activities that promote children's learning and development
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental progress
- Observing, assessing, and monitoring children's development
- Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
