Description

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is excited to announce openings for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioners. We pride ourselves on creating a vibrant and supportive environment where children can thrive and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to child care and learning
  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with children and parents, fostering open communication and partnership
  • Conduct observations and assessments to track and promote children's progress and development
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a high standard of care and education
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and nursery policies at all times
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with young children and commitment to their development and well-being
  • Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK
