Nursery Practitioner
£28,000–£28,700 per year
40 Hours per Week, All Year Round

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll help create meaningful learning opportunities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence while giving every child the very best start in life.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel happy and valued.
- Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning.
- Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor environments to enrich children's daily experiences.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
