Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Permanent – Up to £30,600
Join a grwoing team within a Good Ofsted-rated setting. The nursery is close to the town centre and train station and has recently been refurbished to support child-led learning. Rooms are thoughtfully set up, routines are well established, and staff are supported to focus on quality care throughout the day.
Before You Apply
- This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a early years is essential.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Ability to manage daily responsibilities with consistency and care

- Provide safe, attentive care that supports children’s development and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Observe, record, and contribute to children’s progress and learning plans
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
