What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices.
• Warm, positive communicator with a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
• Ability to work full-time, all year round.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
• Contribute to planning, creative play setups, and daily routines.
