  • Knowledge of Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches (desirable)
  • Passion for early childhood development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Why You Should Consider This Role

  • Competitive salary of £33,000 – £35,000
  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • Paid DBS check
  • Long service rewards
  • Regular team events
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Funding for additional qualifications
  • Bonus scheme
  • Lunch provided once per week

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children’s individual learning and development
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Working effectively as part of a supportive nursery team
