Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Outstanding Ofsted Rating

Up to £30,160 | 40 Hours Per Week

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, nurturing, and child-centred approach

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Support children's emotional, social, and developmental needs

  • Ensure safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
