Newstaff Employment Services is delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery in Luton. This position offers the opportunity for a temp-to-perm role, allowing you to become an integral part of the nursery team and contribute to early childhood development.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Your role will include implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development while ensuring the well-being of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in a variety of play-based activities.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
- Foster a positive environment that supports children's emotional and social development.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates and insights.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
