  • Sector-leading training and professional development opportunities
  • Refreshments provided

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently achieved.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding practice.
  • Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and all statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support the nursery's ongoing success.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervisions, and performance management.
  • Manage occupancy, budgets, and resources to ensure the nursery continues to thrive.
