Temp-to-Perm | £90–£110 per day | Beautiful Early Years Environment

A highly regarded nursery school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated EYFS Practitioner to support their thriving early years cohort. The setting is known for its child-centred learning, outstanding leadership and excellent parent engagement.

Role Overview:
You will support children aged 2–4, delivering a mix of sensory play, early literacy activities, outdoor exploration and creative learning. You will take part in planning meetings, contribute to developmental assessments and work closely with a skilled early years team.

Your Duties:
• Run imaginative play sessions, story time and small-group learning
• Use observations to help track progress and inform next steps
• Provide emotional and social support to young learners
• Support toilet training, hygiene routines and transitions
• Communicate positively with families and colleagues

Candidate Requirements:
• Level 3 childcare qualification ideal
• Strong knowledge of EYFS
• Warm, enthusiastic and professional
