Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
£28,900 per annum | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and experienced team that is committed to delivering exceptional childcare and education. What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and support engaging learning experiences that meet children's individual needs
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
