What you will do:
- Partner with families in need of help and protection, creating safety plans and networks to ensure children thrive.
- Engage with children and families using a strengths-based, relational, and trauma-aware approach.
- Assist in managing cases related to child in need, section 47, child protection, and both private and public law, supporting children to remain safely within their families.
- Use exceptional communication skills to build and maintain relationships with families and other professionals.
- Implement the signs of safety practice model thoroughly, embedding the child’s voice at the centre of your work.
