What you will do:

Manage and deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs
Provide structured one-to-one support and facilitate group programmes designed to empower and inspire change
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and safeguarding evaluations
Establish strong partnership working skills through collaboration with external agencies and local partners
Balance working autonomously with being a proactive member of a small, collaborative team
Communicate effectively, motivating and inspiring service users to embrace and sustain change

Required Experience:

Demonstrable experience in delivering recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions
Proficiency in managing caseloads with one-to-one and group programme support
Competence in conducting essential assessments including risk and safeguarding
Strong partnership and team working abilities
Confident working independently and maintaining clear communication upskilling motivation
