 What you will do: <ul>
<li>Participate in Peeple accredited training to become a Peeple Practitioner and subsequently deliver universal and targeted groups to parents and carers.</li><li>Create and facilitate six face-to-face Peep programmes weekly for children with universal needs across all three localities in the borough.</li><li>Establish referral routes and effectively promote Peep groups to ensure adequate participation.</li><li>Provide one-on-one support for families with children exhibiting emerging speech, language, and communication needs.</li><li>Partner with Peep and colleagues to develop and monitor methodologies evaluating programme impact, maintaining detailed records of progress and outcomes.</li><li>Foster partnerships with Family Hubs, nurseries, schools, and community centres to advance speech, language, and communication strategies.</li></ul>
