Children also benefit from fantastic outdoor spaces with free-flow access throughout the day, allowing them to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor environments while exploring, discovering, and developing through play.

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

What's On Offer

  • Welcome bonus
  • Discounted childcare
  • Life assurance
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

  • Benefits and rewards portal
  • Competitive annual leave package
  • Christmas closure
  • Opportunity to join a newly opened nursery and grow with the team
  • Excellent career progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nursery's free-flow indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
