Before You Apply

What You’ll Need

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Confidence planning activities and tracking child development
Ability to work full time within a rota system

What You’ll Do

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
Act as key person for a group of children, monitoring development and progress
Maintain accurate observations and learning records
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio requirements
Work with colleagues to ensure consistent routines and standards
Communicate daily with parents regarding care and development
