What you will do:
- Provide expert guidance and support to a team of social workers, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people
- Manage a diverse caseload, delivering exceptional and tailored care plans to meet each child's specific needs
- Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and welfare of children in care
- Liaise with families, carers, and other professionals to form effective working relationships that promote the best outcomes
- Lead and participate in team meetings and sector-specific training to maintain and elevate your practice

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Substantial frontline experience as a qualified social worker within UK social services, particularly in a Children in Care Consultant Social Worker Role
- Experience in case holding and the ability to supervise and support team members effectively
