What you will do:

Manage a caseload of service users accessing drug and alcohol recovery services, providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery planning in accordance with service procedures.
Deliver harm reduction interventions, health promotion advice and provide brief psychosocial interventions.
Facilitate one-to-one sessions, recovery groups, and structured programme activities to support sustained recovery.

Requirements:

DBS on the update service.
Proven experience in substance misuse, specifically drugs and alcohol.
Strong caseload management and key working skills.
Good understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
