What you will do:

Manage an adult caseload with a range of substance use challenges including opiate, non-opiate, and alcohol dependency.
Devise, implement, and continuously review personalised recovery and treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Facilitate and drive clients’ progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment phases, to achieving self-sustained recovery.
Aim to reduce the harm caused by substances to individuals and the broader community through comprehensive care.
Collaborate effectively with key partners and colleagues to ensure the best health and wellbeing outcomes for each individual.
Oversee scripting processes to support treatment regimens.
Lend support to evening clinics, ensuring those needing care outside of traditional hours receive assistance.
