Be part of something special from the very beginning.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a brand-new nursery as it begins its journey. This is your chance to help shape a new setting, build strong relationships with children and families, and become part of a team committed to creating an exceptional early years experience.

Designed to provide a warm, homely atmosphere, the nursery offers a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Every aspect of the setting has been thoughtfully created to support children's confidence, curiosity, and development through meaningful, play-based learning.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or looking for your next opportunity within a supportive nursery, you'll be joining a team that values collaboration, professional development, and delivering the highest standards of childcare.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

What's On Offer

  • Opportunity to join a brand-new nursery from day one
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Clear career progression pathways
  • Company pension scheme
  • Additional day off for your birthday
  • Discounted childcare
  • Supportive leadership team
  • Opportunity to help shape the culture of a growing nursery

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can flourish
  • Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
