Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you'll help create exciting learning opportunities while ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

  • Competitive annual leave package
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Discounted childcare
  • Pension scheme
  • Wellbeing programme
  • Join a supportive nursery that encourages professional development and career progression
  • Work in a spacious setting with excellent outdoor learning environments that inspire exploration and adventure

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan engaging activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through play-based experiences.
  • Encourage children to develop independence and confidence in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
