What you will do:<ul>

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Personal Advisors and Social Workers, providing regular supervision and professional support.</li><li>
Fulfil statutory duties under the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000, ensuring high-quality services and strong corporate parenting practice.</li><li>
Oversee and quality-assure complex cases, maintaining high standards and compliance with statutory and local practice requirements.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with housing, education, health, employment services, and voluntary organisations to deliver effective multi-agency support.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul>

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.</li><li>
Significant post-qualifying experience within Care Leavers / Leaving Care services.</li><li>
