Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3
£28,000–£28,700 per year | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week, All Year Round

Whether they're climbing, creating, investigating nature, or enjoying imaginative play, the outdoor environment plays a key role in supporting children's physical, social, and emotional development.
Working alongside a friendly and experienced team, you'll help create meaningful learning experiences that inspire children to thrive both indoors and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Encourage children's curiosity, confidence, and independence through play-based learning.
- Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the nursery's high standards at all times.
