This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of £42 with full-time or part-time flexibility, providing a perfect balance between professional fulfilment and personal time. As a pivotal part of our Duty Service Team, you'll work closely alongside five established Duty Teams to deliver top-tier social services, conducting initial Children and Family assessments with precision and speed. Here, no two days are the same; you'll be at the forefront of managing complex cases and ensuring exceptional safeguarding standards are met and maintained.

- Engage actively with children, young people, and families to promote positive outcomes and independence
- Be responsible for transferring cases at pivotal points to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work innovatively with your team to find creative solutions for families in need
