This role offers a competitive pay rate of £37.52 per hour for 36 hours per week, with an ongoing contract providing stability and flexibility. What you will do:

- Conduct assessments and support foster carers to ensure high standards of care are maintained
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and foster carers to develop robust care plans
- Provide guidance, counselling, and advocacy for children, young people, and foster families
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on best practices
- Engage in case conferences, reviews, and multi-agency meetings to advocate for the child’s best interest
