What you will do
- Case Management: Manage a complex caseload including Child Protection Plans, PLO work, and care proceedings.
- Advanced Assessment: Undertake detailed, evidence-based assessments and develop intervention plans.
- Safeguarding Leadership: Lead on high-risk cases involving exploitation, domestic abuse, neglect, and multiple vulnerabilities.
- Practice Support: Provide guidance, mentoring, and consultation to colleagues.
- Child-Focused Practice: Ensure children's voices, wishes, and lived experiences are central to all work.
- Court Work: Prepare high-quality reports, statements, and documentation for legal proceedings.
- Multi-Agency Working: Build effective partnerships with professionals across services to deliver coordinated safeguarding responses.
- Quality Assurance: Support audits, service improvement, and the development of best practice within the team.
