Nursery Practitioner
£30,000 per year | Level 3 | All Year Round

What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and support engaging activities that promote children's learning, confidence, and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Make the most of the nursery's spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments to provide enriching experiences.
- Promote children's independence, wellbeing, and curiosity through play-based learning.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.
