Recovery Coordinator within Substance Misuse Services in Bromley, earning £23.00 per hour. This exciting full-time locum opportunity offers an initial 3-month contract and is ideal for an experienced Recovery Coordinator with previous Change Grow Live (CGL) experience. What you will do

Case Management: Manage a substantial caseload of individuals affected by substance misuse issues.
Recovery Planning: Develop personalised recovery plans in partnership with service users and multidisciplinary colleagues.
Support and Intervention: Deliver tailored support and interventions to help individuals progress through their recovery journey.
Assessment and Review: Conduct regular assessments, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure support remains effective and appropriate.
Partnership Working: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, support agencies, and community organisations to provide holistic care.
Group Facilitation: Deliver group sessions, workshops, and peer support activities to encourage recovery and engagement.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting recovery plans and interventions as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

Experience: Previous experience working as a Recovery Coordinator within substance misuse services.
CGL Experience: Prior experience working with Change Grow Live (CGL) is essential.
