What you will do:

- Deliver comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments to a variety of clients, ensuring bespoke support plans are in place
- Collaborate with probation services and other partners to provide an integrated support network
- Use SystmOne to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Facilitate group workshops and one-to-one sessions aimed at recovery and rehabilitation
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions to optimise outcomes
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies
