You will be instrumental in supporting the home’s staff to ensure they continue to deliver high-quality care to residents.&nbsp; Previous experience of working in Dementia and Mental Health Care is essential.The home is a charitable organisation, Guernsey's oldest Care Home established for 110 years providing care for&nbsp;Adults&nbsp;many of whom are living with Dementia.
