We are seeking a committed and experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Need Team on the beautiful <a href="https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Guernsey/@49.685696,-2.5716328,9z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x480d72322e9176df:0xd10063639ec06acb" target="_blank">Island of Guernsey</a>, in the Channel Islands. The salary range for this post crosses two pay grades and is £55,242 - £63,990&nbsp;dependant on experience&nbsp; Reporting to the Team Manager you will&nbsp;hold a caseload of Child in Need and Care requirement cases. You will assist in the provision and further development of an effective service for children in need and their families by working closely with other agencies, professionals and members of the public.
