Four Seasons Health Care are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our superb Regional Care Support Services Team.
As the Senior Care Assistant, you will provide assistance to any home, to ensure that residents are receiving a high standard of care. This will require a strong care assistant to deliver onsite support and training to colleagues so that the Four Seasons Health Care policy and processes are implemented and embedded to enhance the residents' experience
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting to develop their career in care, and it would provide the successful individual with exposure to a wide range of FHSC locations and teams passionate about care. This role has the potential to raise the post holders profile with senior managers and could lead to further opportunities within the business. FHSC will also look additional development within this role in terms of professional development and qualifications.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly across the Four Seasons Health Care portfolio providing support in homes throughout the UK. Expenses will be reimbursed for travel and accommodation as appropriate, with a meal allowance for overnight stays.
MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are offering a salary of £23,000, a 25 day holiday allowance (plus Bank Holiday), Childcare Vouchers, Cinema/High Street/Restaurant discounts and a bespoke training programme
