Clinical Support Worker - Enhanced Care Team

Salary: £17,460 - £18,702 per annum/ pro rata

We are recruiting for a number of Clinical Support Workers who share our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
The Enhanced Care Team is made up of Clinical Support Workers who have additional skills to look after patients who have dementia or challenging behaviours and will supervise and engage with patients who might be at risk of falling, require extra support to adjust to their surroundings or would benefit from additional interaction.
The successful post holders will be expected to provide support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of care plans for individual patients.
As part of your role you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users, always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights, through the adoption of persons centred care principles.
As a Clinical Support Worker within the Enhanced Care Team you will act as an advocate for patients within the ward / department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care.
