We are recruiting for a Continuing Care Support Worker who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People
and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
As a Continuing Care Support Worker, you will work closely with children and families in delivery of care maintaining a safe environment for the child at all times.
Furthermore, you will undertake assigned tasks and procedures linked to the Continuing Care Team competencies, Directorate and Trust objectives which are specific to the immediate care environment.
