When you join this company, you will be part of a team who are passionate about providing individualised care. Their staff are dedicated to the successful transition of young people to greater levels of independence and they have helped many to live increasingly happy and fulfilled lives.
Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the residential home and you will be required to support the residents and colleagues alike.
Providing quality care and support to all the young people. To support the effective running of the home ensuring all legislations and regulations concerning the Health and Social Care and all risk assessments are regularly carried out to meet high standards.
It is essential that you have experience working in the residential services and working in a team. You must hold the NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Children and Young People. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to listen to the young people.
You will work with The HR Department to ensure that the staff training is up to date.
It is desirable that you hold Level 5 Health and Social Care in leadership and Management.
