Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) is a partnership facilitated by National Children’s Bureau, awarded £36 million by Big Lottery Fund, over 10 years to help approximately 10,000 children locally to have the best start in life. In 2011, King’s successfully completed the first UK Feasibility Study of introducing Group Antenatal Care as part of mainstream NHS service provision. This is the first opportunity to lead implementation as a core part of mainstream NHS maternity services in Lambeth. You will have an exciting midwifery leadership role in contributing to the LEAP programme that support parents to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of their children, their communication and language skills and their diet and nutrition.
