ABOUT THE ROLE
As Leadership Development Facilitator at Barchester, you will help us to develop a positive and capable workforce by supporting our learning and development interventions across the organisation. You will collaborate with the Head of Learning Programmes to create a Barchester leadership and development framework for all our managers. As well as being involved in designing training initiatives that are creative, bespoke and highly effective. This role is covering our Central Division.
It will also be your responsibility to deliver customer care related training programmes with the aim of improving our conversion rates. You will be expected to provide monthly reports on the results of these sessions, as well as any other current learning activity that takes place. As Leadership Development Facilitator, you will be able to motivate our entire care home team and enable our staff to build strong relationships with our leadership team. Most importantly, you'll have the scope to make real improvements across our organisation, helping us to deliver quality care with confidence.
To join us as a Leadership Development Facilitator, you'll need to demonstrate a track record of effective coaching and development within a similar role. We'll also look for experience of facilitating and training including analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. To support this skillset, you'll have an appropriate Learning & Development qualification (EAT Level 3 or the equivalent), as well as a relevant Management qualification at Level 5 or above.
Self-motivated with a creative mindset, you'll be able to identify our training needs and implement innovative solutions. This role requires you to work from home with regular travel, so it's essential that you have a willingness to travel and hold a full driving licence.
