We are currently seeking candidates for an exciting role, Operations/Registered Manager. Our client is a housing association covering supported housing and care for individuals with learning disabilities or/and mental health needs. This is a full time, fixed term position (12 months), covering 2 units based in High Wycombe.
Applicants will need amongst other qualities:
• previous management experience in mental health and learning disability services
• outstanding communication skills
• ability to motivate, inspire and manage staff
• hold a valid UK driving licence
• Level 4 leadership/management qualification or above (desirable)
