NonStop's client, based in Birmingham, is looking for an Area Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. The pay can get as high as £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, so you will be very well rewarded for your work.
In this role you will oversee 4 homes, so you will not have to travel too much in between the services.
The Director will have initial telephone chats over the phone to introduce the opportunity to you. This means you will have the chance to find out more about the role and the company without having to travel for an interview. If all goes well, he will set up a face to face interview, according to your availability.
This is a well set up company that is looking to open up more residential homes. You will help with the expansion, meaning that you will be in a great position to progress your career also.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Manager (Operations or Area Manager) and will have troubleshooting experience and experience in developing new services for children and young people with EBD. You must also have a very good knowledge of the Ofsted regulations.
